Lambert Engineers, Inc. has come a long way since its founding as a consulting firm in 1996 with one employee—me! At our organizational height, we had more than 50 employees as we staffed up for a key client. Since then, we have settled into a 20-person niche engineering firm (give or take a few) and developed an unequaled specialization in power plant, air quality control and heat recovery.
We afford a host of advantages to our clients. Our size, coupled with our responsiveness, is a key differentiator, allowing us to deliver high-quality, customized service that only a smaller firm can provide. In addition to developing customer-focused relationships, Lambert Engineers offers the highest caliber of technical expertise to our clients on every project. Our core staff of experts can oversee large projects through the effective management of our proven alliances.
A clear mission guides all that we do. We offer a professionally rewarding, satisfying workplace that helps us attract and retain some of the industry’s top engineering and administrative talent. And we have established a track record of consistently meeting our commitments on even the most challenging projects. I believe that is why Lambert Engineers enjoys such a high repeat business rate.
We have completed successful projects throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe and South America. In the process, our engineers have become some of the industry’s leading experts, amassing thousands of hours of experience. Our work has garnered us positive exposure throughout our industry and the media that serve it. That distinction—and the ongoing satisfaction of our clients—inspire our future achievements.
I am committed to carefully growing Lambert Engineers to reflect the highest standards of professionalism, efficiency and creative problem-solving, while demonstrating the kind of integrity that is often lacking in our fast-paced, profit-centered world. That is why I started this company. It is deeply gratifying that so many have joined me to fulfill this vision.
